Intention Boxing Fitness Is absolutely for you. The sweet science can be for ANYONE lacing up for the first time. If you want to experience training your mind, body, and spirit with INTENTION, then you have come to the right place. Expect to push your body to and beyond your limits for amazing physical and mental results. Cardio Boxing is for all ages, genders, shapes and sizes, so don’t be shy, let the sweat commence!

Fundamentals class is specifically geared to our new boxers. Never boxed before? Never laced up? Never hit a bag? No problem, this is your time to learn alongside other athletes of similar skill level. Once completed, integration into our normal cardio circuit will be seamless and painless! Learn to wrap your hands properly, basic punching combinations, the correct boxing stance, and most importantly what boxing is and is not.

Intention Boxing offers its members a place to get down and dirty alongside others all looking for the same things. A great workout, gym comradery, and the confidence to know that you left it all in the gym on any given day. Intention boxing offers much more than an hour long punching bag session. Be prepared to step outside of our four walls to experience how the pros condition their bodies in the real world. You, yes you can do it too!
